One of the biggest libraries in Anarchism in Mexico and Latin America escaped three years ago from a seizure order due to back rent. This collection of documents has been archived, and its managers are living dead time. Self-organization is at disadvantage with speculation. When he still conversed, Mestre would say that he wouldn’t believe in class struggle, that this was just a sham. I ask: Why appropriate their means of production (capital’s) when selling our soul to progress – even though if it’s appropriated matter – perpetuates a world that doesn’t belong to us and that we don’t like? Only for being born to this world we have the right to the Dionysian abundance of our earth, to the Spinozean abundance of our thought, to the Epicurean abundance of our friends. It is not because of the books and documents buried in cardboard boxes, but for the conversations that would occur and the cuts they would produce, for the “good mornings” that would produce both, Mestre and his visitors. All the books in the world are useless if they are Dead Letter, and the scholarized system and its market massively publishes dead letters. Well, we don’t want this sholarized system! We really don’t want it! They can shove it up their ass! We want to read and converse in health and liberty! We want to lose time and money! We want to be unproductive for the pleasure of reading and getting along in the bosom of our abundances!
